Snowy Owl Inn is now a proud member of the Waterville Valley Resort Association and a participating lodge in the Freedom Pass Program! We are nestled in New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest. The Snowy Owl Inn combines comfort and relaxation with boundless opportunities for indoor and outdoor recreation every month of the year. The Snowy Owl Inn, an all-season 76 room property, is ideally located near the Town Square of Waterville Valley, an easy stroll to shopping and dining. A free shuttle bus (in season) offers convenient connections throughout the Village, including Waterville Valley Ski Area and White Mountain Athletic Club. Our spacious lobby atrium, with its natural wood and three-story fieldstone fireplace highlight the award winning architecture of the building. In addition we have several smaller lobbies located throughout the Inn, each with fireplaces for breakouts, or for lingering with friends or quiet time with a good book. Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging: When cancelling a reservation 15/+ days prior to arrival, the initial reservation deposit will be refunded less than a $50.00 cancellation fee on each guest room reservation within the itinerary. Cancellations occurring 14 days or less to arrival, will forfeit initial reservation deposit in full. In case of inclement weather or illness, these policies remain in place. Ancillary Products: Lift tickets, rentals, lessons are paid in FULL at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pets Policy
