Written Cancellation Policy
Lodging: When cancelling outside 14 days prior to arrival, lodging is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Lodging cancelled 14 days or less to arrival date will be refunded 50% of the total amount-retaining a 50% cancellation fee. Ancillary Products: Add-on products such as lift tickets, rentals, lessons are paid in FULL at the time of booking are are NON-REFUNDABLE at anytime.

Other Policy
Non smoking lodge, no pets allowed. While we can’t wait to share our beautiful Valley with you, keeping both our guests and staff healthy and safe is our number one priority. To ensure a relaxing and safe vacation we have modified our cleaning procedures and operations to include (but not limited to): 1. The two week self-quarantine has been lifted for those traveling to New Hampshire from surrounding New England States (Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island). Those traveling to New Hampshire from non-New England states for an extended period of time are still asked to self-quarantine for a two-week period. 2. All Waterville Valley staff will be screened for symptoms or risk factors related to COVID-19. 3. Check-in/check-out procedures may be modified in an effort to limit direct interactions. 4. Enhanced housekeeping sanitation strategies will be employed in guest rooms and common areas, with special attention given to common touchpoints (doorknobs, ATM pads, hand railings). 5. We ask that you do NOT visit Waterville Valley if you answer YES to any of the following questions: Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19? Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat? Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours? Have you had changes in your sense of taste or smell? Please don’t put our employees and other guests at risk. We’ll be more than happy to reschedule your lodging for another date when you feel better. 6. The Town of Waterville Valley has adopted a Mask Resolution with regard to the wearing of face coverings. Everyone 2 years of age and older within the Town of Waterville Valley is expected to wear a mask when around people who are not household members, whether indoors or outdoors. Please note that operation procedures are subject to change based on government and CDC guidelines.
